The Art of Silence is a course that provides the optimal conditions to go deeper into being, quieting our mind and experiencing deep rest and inner peace.The practice of silence has been used in different traditions over time as a tool for physical, mental and spiritual rejuvenation.
This course will be taught online , conducting guided silence, yoga sessions, advanced meditations and ancient knowledge. Many participants take it as the ideal vacation for the body, mind and spirit.
